I can not update version 5 Load From a Disk. Need help

It depends on how the program was originally installed. If it was installed from a website or software center, check for any available updates within that platform. If it was installed directly from a disk, try contacting the software developer for information on how to update the program.
I installed Windows 7 & now cannot upgrade my program. I purchased it some 5 years ago & use it constantly. Please advise if a problem exists.

If you cannot use the application on Windows 7, it means that you're using an older version of the software. Since the official website can't be reached at the moment, try downloading the latest version of the application through the Download page at Software Informer.
Latest version should work with Windows 7 in both 32 and 64bit mode.
The answer to the question is to reinstall the program from the disk onto the new computer.

Do I have to use the CD to install the software? Or can I install it from the website over the demo version?
A CD is not required for installation of this software. you can install it by downloading a executable file from the developers site.
